DataCenterFilings puts every scheduled public decision on Nevada data centers in one place: the utility commission, the state, the Legislature, counties, cities, ballots and courts. Each item links to its source.
Every date is re-read from its source before it goes on the page, and the page says on which day. Where a date is worked out rather than published, the row says how. Where we could not confirm something, the row says that too. Where the only source we could read is a news report rather than the official record, the source link shows it.
It is a small, independent publication. It is not affiliated with any government body, utility or company named on it, and it is not legal or investment advice.

That is all. We do not keep your IP address with your sign-up. We use your address only to send the weekly email and, if you ticked the box, one note when paid alerts open. We do not sell it, rent it or share it, and we never pass it to Google, Microsoft or anyone else. It is stored with Cloudflare, the company that runs this site, and nowhere else. If we stop publishing, we delete the list.
To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, send a note through the form below with the address you signed up with. To delete it straight away, use Leave the list.
To learn which parts of the calendar people use and how they find it, the calendar and this page run three measuring tools. Neither one runs on the pages you see after signing up, leaving or sending a note.
_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which let it recognise a returning browser for up to two years. We have switched off Google's advertising features and Google signals for this site. Google's privacy policy · how Google uses information from sites that use its services._clck and _clsk) and Microsoft cookies (including MUID, which Microsoft uses to recognise a browser across Microsoft sites). Microsoft's privacy statement · the cookies Clarity sets.This means Google and Microsoft can collect information about what you do on this site over time, and Microsoft can connect it with your use of other sites and services. Neither tool is given your email address.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics and Clarity are set to store no cookies in your browser, so your visits are not linked together.
To stop the measuring, block cookies or scripts from these companies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The calendar works the same either way. The page also loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which sees a normal web request from your browser. We use no advertising on this site.
